During the planning we’re gonna spend a lot of time together, we’re gonna get to know and trust each other. I will always be here to listen and support you being your best supporter and friend you could ever wish for, to put away all the stress moments you should go through before, during and even after your wedding day.

VENUE SCOUTING: I spent most of my free time go round and scouting for you to have access to a wide variety of wedding venues.
BUDGET PLAN: I will work with you on the budget breakdown and I will give you wide choice of in budget vendors.
DESIGN PROJECT: from mooboard to final setup.
GUEST MANAGEMENT: Dragonfly Wedding offer one of the most complete guest management service always being by the side of your guests, advising, helping and supporting them from the very beginning to the day after the wedding.
COORDINATION ON WEDDING DAY: me and my staff we will be on site “on wedding day” to make sure everything will go as planned.

The Process
Tailor a Perfect Day, A 5 steps Planning Process
1. I will help you to set a budget and how to divide it according to you priorities.
2. I will ask you to answer some topic questions. Your answers will be a great help to understand what kind of venue to suggest and the mood of the wedding.
3. I will recommend 3 to 5 different venues on the island according to your mood, budget, and proximity to the best served airports.
4. Once the venue is chosen we can start working on the entertainment to define the mood and vibes of the event.
5. Last but not least, we will be together to choose the right vendors. I will give you from three to five vendor choices based on style and budget.

A 3 steps Design Process
1. I will ask you to answer some topic questions. Your answers will be a great help to understand what you like and what not and especially how you imagine your wedding.
2. I Will suggest a budget estimation considering your idea and venue and my past experience in designing comparable set ups. Than I will share with you a detailed “wedding project book”: from the mood board, to special corners, trough ceremony set up and mise en place.
3. Once the project is approved, we will together choose the right vendors. I will give you from three to five vendor choices based on style and budget.
